Delivery
What are the delivery costs and options?

We offer a few choices for delivery.

Our FREE UK delivery for our printed products is Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Our FREE UK deivery for our shoes and boots is usually Royal Mail 48h Tracked.

Do you dispatch orders same day?

Any printed item completed order before 12.00 noon will be dispatched same working day regardless of service used.

If your order is after 12.00 noon we will endeavour to dispatch it same day but cannot guarantee this, in this event they will be dispatched the next working day.

For our shoes and boots, dispatch ot usually with 3 – 5 business days from date of order, the individual product will confirm handling times.

What if I am not home when my order arrives?

If you are not home, the delivery person will try to find a safe place to leave your parcel, if none are available then you will receive an email confirming a missed delivery and they may even leave a card through your letterbox with instructions.

You could also arrange a delivery to your place of work.

Is your packaging discreet?

We provide discreet delivery in plain boxes and envelopes so nobody knows what’s inside.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Our delivery partners, Royal Mail, Hermes/Evri and DPD offer tracking as standard on all deliveries where the order is valued over £20.00.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If you wish to cancel your order, you need to reach out to us immediately after placing your order.

If your order has already been processed by the warehouse, we will be unable to cancel it.
